In the event of a good becoming unavailable for any reason after a customer has purchased the item, the customer will be entitled to a refund or a replacement of another good of the same price.
In order to be eligible for a refund, customers may return any faulty good/s or incorrect good/s that they received within 7 days of delivery for a replacement, provided that the customer notifies Living Products within 72 hours of receiving the good/s of the reason for the return.
Returned goods must be complete, undamaged and in their original packaging and must be capable of resale.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded via EFT or Cash and may take 5 to 10 business days.
If the product is damaged in any way, or the customer has initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
The cost to return good/s back to Living Products shall be for the account of the customer.
